Interested in a career in TV or Film?
Isle of Man Film guarantees paid trainee work placements for local workers on each production that is shot on the Isle of Man. You must be over 18 years of age and if would be preferable to have a clean driving licence. Trainees are assigned to specialist areas:
- Production
- Camera
- Sound
- Wardrobe
- Hair and Make-Up
- Electrical Dept
- Locations
- Construction
- Editing Dept
- Grip
- Art Dept
- Props

Film and TV productions are hard work and can be long hours, but are an enjoyable and rewarding experience too. To register as a trainee you should be committed, enthusiastic, and available to work on a full-time basis for the entire period required.
