Hannah Godby

I've completed my A levels in Art, Maths and English andwish to pursue a career in theatre/film costume and design and will be starting the Arts Foundation course at IOM College in September 2015, as the course is a prerequisite for appropriate courses at conservatoires and universities.

Last summer I was involved with Mannin Shorts on two films, where I worked in the art and costume departments, covering wardrobe, props and costume continuity. I have also been involved in a number of theatre productions doing costume design and construction, and wardrobe. The last production I was involved with was a period piece with some hired costumes, which required fitting, maintenance, and recording damage before their return.

I would like to be a part of a longer film shoot to develop my skills in the area of costume/wardrobe. My only planned absence from the island is the final week of August.

Lacey MacDonald

During 2011 and 2012 I have gained valuable experience in making short films. I produced a Manx-language short titled 'Solace in Wicca' and was Art Director for "Scene Stealer” challenge to recreate a scene from 'The Graduate'. I also shadowed experienced crew members and improved my technical knowledge on short film 'I Do'. I have a driving licence but I do not currently own a car.
