Patrick Crellin

I am in the second year of a BSC in Film and Television Production at York University in September 2015. I have been writing and making short films since I was 13.

I’m passionate about the film industry and hope to develop a career in filmmaking.

In 2015 I worked as a production runner on Mindhorn and have just completed the first part of an internship at Andy Serkis' Imaginarium, where I worked in the office, reading scripts and manuscripts and writing reports. I also spent a day working in the motion capture suite, assisting the technicians with the preparation for a music video shoot.

During university vacations, I work at the Isle of Man Broadway Cinema as a projectionist and in customer service. I have also supported both the Isle of Man Film Festival and Aesthetica Short Film Festival in York.

I have a full, clean driving licence and access to my own vehicle.

I would love to gain more experience on a professional feature film. Being given an opportunity to work as a trainee would be fantastic and really helpful for my university course and future career.
